Ms. Hồ Ngọc Yến Phương is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President – Group CFO of VietJet Air. She joined VietJet in 2018 and held several other key roles before becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2023.

Before Vietjet, Ms. Hồ Ngọc Yến Phương was Group CFO at PetroVietnam (PVN) and a member of the Board of Directors at PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Services Company (PVDrilling). Additionally, she served as Vice President and CFO at PVDrilling from 2007 to 2016 before becoming Chairwoman of PVD Deepwater from 2016 to 2019. Ms. Phương also held the roles of Vice President and CFO at Stelecom – SKTelecom BCC contract, Finance Controller at Holcim Joint Venture Vietnam, and Chief Accountant at FDP VMEI (SYM).

Ms. Phương holds a Master’s degree in International Finance and Accounting from Swinburne University in Australia and a University Diploma from the Foreign Trade University in Vietnam.

In 2016, Ms. Lê Quang Thục Quỳnh joined Vietnam-USA Society English Centers (VUS), a company operating a chain of English centers, and became CEO in 2017. Under her leadership, VUS restructured, expanded its network, and created new growth momentum.

Before joining VUS, Ms. Lê Quang Thục Quỳnh held various senior management positions at Saigon Co.op. She was recently named among Forbes Vietnam’s Top 10 Next-Generation Female CEOs in 2024 and honored as an Outstanding Asian Entrepreneur at the 2024 Asia Enterprise Awards.

Ms. Lê Quang Thục Quỳnh holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City.

Ms. Nguyễn Quỳnh Trâm has led Microsoft Vietnam since 2022, overseeing the digital transformation process and aligning Microsoft’s strategies with Vietnam’s ambition to become a high-income economy by 2045. She focuses on helping enterprise customers adopt cloud technology, building post-pandemic resilience, and empowering digital businesses and startups to drive innovation. Previously, Ms. Trâm served as country manager for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos at Google APAC; Deputy General Director and CEO of FOX Networks Group; and held leadership roles at Vietnamobile, VSTV (the first joint venture between VTV and the French TV provider Canal+), PayPal, and Orange France.

Ms. Trâm earned her MBA from École Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC Business School) after completing her undergraduate studies at the Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Mr. Phạm Hồng Hải has nearly 30 years of experience in finance and banking. After graduating from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City with a degree in Business Administration, he began his career at HSBC Bank. Over 19 years, he held various key positions and became the first Vietnamese to lead HSBC’s national banking operations globally.
Before taking on the CEO role at OCB in April 2024, Mr. Hải had been a member of the board of directors at TVS since 2022.

Ms. Đinh Thị Thúy now serves as Vice Chairperson of the Board after two terms as CEO of MISA, where she led nearly 3,000 employees, including over 1,500 sales staff across Vietnam.
With 26 years at MISA, Ms. Thúy has extensive experience in hands-on B2B sales training and has led the company to sustained growth, ranking among the Top 5 IT companies in Vietnam for many consecutive years.
She is also a Board Member at the Academy of Finance, a Standing Committee Member of the Executive Board for the Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors, and an Executive Committee Member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association.

Ms. Lưu Nga founded and led Elise to become one of Vietnam’s leading fashion brands, with over 125 stores nationwide. She is also known for her role as a member of the professional council for the Miss Vietnam pageants and as a fashion advisor for Miss Universe, as well as for her involvement in prominent fashion competitions such as Vietnam’s Next Top Model, Project Runway, Fashion Star, and The Voice Kids…

Vưu Lệ Quyên is the CEO of Biti’s, a well-known Vietnamese footwear company with over 6,500 employees, famous for its slogan, “Biti’s – Embracing Vietnamese Feet.” She is the founder of the HappyBiti’s project, the Biti’s HappyKids project, and a key partner in the HappySchools initiative led by the Eurasia Learning Institute team.

In 2017, Vưu Lệ Quyên led Biti’s remarkable comeback against strong foreign competition with the impactful “Biti’s Hunter – Đi Để Trở Về” campaign, created in collaboration with Vietnam’s top artist, Sơn Tùng M-TP. She is also renowned for her innovations and restructuring efforts, which have revitalized Biti’s and transformed it from a 42-year-old company into Vietnam’s leading footwear brand.

Vưu Lệ Quyên has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and is the founder of Gosto.

Benjamin Rachow became the Country Managing Director of L’Oréal Vietnam in January 2022. Under his leadership, L’Oréal Vietnam has become a leading company in the beauty industry, helping shape the future of the Vietnamese beauty market.

He has over 18 years of experience at L’Oréal across various markets. Before coming to Vietnam, he was the Germany-based General Manager of Sales for the Consumer Products Division, where he implemented a successful customer strategy and boosted e-commerce and Hard-Discounter channels. He began his career in Germany in 2006 in L’Oréal’s Controlling department, before transitioning to Product Manager for the Garnier brand.

Following a brief role as Zone Marketing Director for African Beauty Brands, he became Managing Director of L’Oréal East Africa in 2016, where he revitalized growth, launched e-commerce, and developed talent.
